At Mañana Yachts, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both parties are protected. Below are the details of our standard cancellation policy:

Standard Cancellation Policy‍
Cancellation by the Charterer:
‍— More than 60 days before the charter start date: A full refund of the charter fee, minus a processing fee (if applicable)
— Between 30 to 60 days before the charter start date: 50% of the charter fee will be refunded.
— Less than 30 days before the charter start date: No refund will be provided, as it is challenging to rebook the yacht on short notice.

Cancellation by Mañana Yachts:
If we need to cancel the charter due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, mechanical issues), you will receive a full refund, or we can reschedule your charter to a mutually agreed date at no additional cost.

Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your charter, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request without any additional charges, provided the new dates are available and the request is made at least 30 days before the original charter start date.

Unforeseen Events: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events), we will work with you to either reschedule your charter or provide a refund, depending on the situation and our ability to deliver the service.
